Bots are not equipping items like rigs even when allowed to equip items #82

There seems to be an issue where bots are not equipping rigs like AVS when allowed to equip items in the settings.

Found an issue where PMCs were being treated as bosses preventing them from swapping out any of their gear. Another issue was found in the logic when looting loose gear and gear from containers preventing them from being equipped on any bot.

Fixes for these can be found in commits: 671c264 b571738
