GM only version #28

As a GM this module is awesome. As a player I think a lot of tension is lost by accidentally deselcting the token as dynamic lighting and dynamic sound gets lost/is interrupted. I'd appreciate a setting to configure which permission levels can deselect their token by clicking on the table.

I don't have any interest in supporting this configuration.
