ADS-B: converting dump1090 into a ROS2 node #20

An ADS-B sensor consists of hardware (USB dongle, antenna, filter, cables) and the open source software dump1090.

The task is to create a ROS2 node with outputs from dump1090. During development the hardware isn't needed, dump1090 can output simulated data. Python preferred, but not necessary.

I would say that C++ is preferred but Python is also good.
