[x] Update base detector
[x] Implement anomaly detectors: Beta, Binomial, Poisson, K-sigma, KDE, Prophet, SPOT(updated)
[x] Add metric datasets for evaluation: realAWSCloudwatch
[x] Implement evaluations by pytest

Note: Those detectors are based on data distribution, except for Prophet

This is an OSPP project, this PR counts towards the final evaluation.

I am not sure how I could review this in time, as it was submitted in the last minute, and no specific docs to explain what happened.

I will close this PR as the current state of this project is not suitable for merge after my evaluation. Above review is just providing some feedback.
