privateMessage ignores parenthesis " " #129

Example issue being trying to privateMessage a full cmd that includes a name w/ space, you can't correctly send in message /pay "player name" 1 as it will remove the " "

Obviously as stated in initial comment smh. Test your comment beforehand or read to see if it was already said.
