Bumps FurfSky Reobrn to 1.7.3

Also completely rewrites the way we cache things

Fixed an issue with textures for some items Improveed performance by like 2-3% (10,000 runs on DeathStreeks/Blueberry) (insane ikr) Fixed priority issues
