Only UK and US paid market working

On a rooted HTC G1 Dream, I've terminated the market, cleared the cache and
rebooted. Then ran the market enabler which finished the process
successfully. Faking any European market results in seeing only the UK paid
apps and all prices are in pounds (£). Also the US market is working.
I would need access however to the Dutch paid market. Any ideas what could
be wrong here?

I am using cyanogen build update-cm-4.0.4-signed.zip
I am using the latest MarketEnabler_v3.0.2-beta.apk.

Sorry I was wrong. I was successful in connecting to the Dutch market. Some 
apps just
have their currency to pounds (£) according to how it was set by the developer.

I successfully confirmed that only "RadAlert" is visible when setting the 
market to
"o2-de" and similar only "buienradar" is visible only in the Dutch market.
Thanks a lot guys an I sincerely hope Google will open the paid market to more
countries and make it more open so this all is not needed anymore.
