Download and install error #20

Find a paid app and puchase it successfully.
start installing. but the file won't download. It will just be stuck at
"starting download".

Tried with 3 different apps and gotten the same result(all apps are from
different publishers).

rebooting phone don't change anything. tried faking other providers to
download and still nothing.

Free apps downloads without issue.

This issue is reported by lot of android users (not Market Enabler users) and 
mostly
a wipe solved the problem.

But if you can attach a logcat, I can see if I find something in it...
