Set custom problem?

I set custom values and show this message:

We got a problem Houston?

gsm.sim.operator.numeric = 28603
gsm.operator.numeric = 28603
gsm.slm.operator.iso-country = tr
gsm.operator.iso-country = tr
gsm.slm.operator.alpha = AVEA
gsm.operator.alpha = TR AVEA

But it works with settings from the list like with US settings?

Set locale en-us and set up like this  settings:

gsm.sim.operator.numeric = 28603
gsm.operator.numeric = 28603
gsm.slm.operator.iso-country = en
gsm.operator.iso-country = en
gsm.slm.operator.alpha = AVEA
gsm.operator.alpha = TR AVEA

 - OR - 

gsm.sim.operator.numeric = 28603
gsm.operator.numeric = 28603
gsm.slm.operator.iso-country = us
gsm.operator.iso-country = us
gsm.slm.operator.alpha = AVEA
gsm.operator.alpha = TR AVEA

but not working properly. Must be root?

Yes, to modify this settings, you have to be root.

I know a way with that you won't have to be root but the problem is that then,
MarketEnabler must be compiled with the same certificate as the system got 
compiled
and that's why this is not an option to run on a stock image.

Maybe another question... do you want to see paid apps with this settings or do 
you
want to see a free app that has just ben published for Turky Market?
