Widget to fake to a defined provider and directly start market #79

Create a 1x1 widget that will be linked to a provider entry on creation and 
onclick just fakes to this provider (if not already present) and directly 
starts the market.
This should be a multi widget so you can add different provder configs for fast 
access on the home screen.

Maybe creating a custom shortcut would be better?
