Update annualMiningArea.js

Slight script changes:

Default Vector Year export changed to 1985, was 1984 (see line 404)
Vector export default changed to GeoJSON, was kml (see line 421); as of right now vectors are exporting as EPSG:4326, despite being specified to export as EPSG:5072
Added export of Yearly Active Mining Footprint as a GeoTiffs, for the same year as the year specified on line 404 (see lines 425-433); output is a single band image (similar to output of lines 435-445) showing only the mining footprint (no area or FIPS data)
Updated the original Yearling Mining Data image export, see lines 435-445 to export the same year as specified on line 404, I didn't want to mess with this too much though.
Total Cumulative Mining adapted to show only cumulative mining between 1985-2015, was showing 1984-2016 (see lines 448-451 and 464-471)
Annually Cumulative Area Calculations adapted for the time range 1985-2016, was 1984-2016 (see lines 483,492,498) Changed default viz year to 2015, was 2016 (see line 597)
