Selected video is not highlighted on Android TV SmartTV #1211

Describe the bug I'm using Skytube on a Sony Bravia Android TV.

The "Home screen" shows a list of videos. If I navigate through them with my remote the selected video is not highlighted. (Same if I search for videos). There is no optical indicator what video will be played if I press "ok" on my remote. If I count the number of "down arrow presses" I can find the right video, but that's a bit uncomfortable

To Reproduce Open Skytube and try to select a video

Expected behavior The selected video is highlighted

Setup: Sony Bravia Smart TV with Android

This is an old issue but this still is an issue on Android TV, Very difficult to navigate through the app without a highlighted colored border around selected items or similar effects to determine which item is selected.

I am using Skytube on Nvidia Shield 2017. Very frustrating without any indication what item is selected while navigating.
