Viewing angle

Edit the movement of camera for players to see their opponents all over the game.

move your mouse onto it and it will show a description, and i'm thinking of a new camera method like a real director :) not like a brallhalla, I'm working on it if i need help i will tell you thanks. @sinnerman0

[x] collecting information to have a good code for camera
[x] write code and make all changes for networking aspect
[x] merge and push to develop branch to share changes

This is what I'm currently doing. I've sent it to awareness of my part. have a great night :heart:
