Fel Head Glow #1061

Makes fel heads glow purple and slightly optimizes the nukekubi head glow as those armour stands are markers (and with this we can avoid checking a lot of armour stands!).

Note: Most passive armour stands with only heads that are enemies of some sort are always markers.
