speed cap should be 600 #991

What happened?

Speed cap can be increased all the way up to 600, but the maximum in the status bar is only 500.

Minecraft Version

1.21.0/1.21.1

Skyblocker Version

skyblocker-1.22.2+1.21.1

While the speed cap can technically in game be got up to 600, it functionally does the same as 500, so i think that's why the cap is 500 Personally i think we should reflect the real cap of 600 instead of 500 tho, in case at some point they change it
