Updating ADD MODULE Text to Icon #4

If this is not configured appropriately please reject.

Attempting to create a pull request that:

Removes the ADD MODULE text from the layout.cshtml
Updates the CSS Class for the div previously used in the ADD MODULE div
Add a Sprite image resembling the DNN add module icon to the wwwroot/images folder
Updates the site.css file with css properties referencing the newly added "AddModule_Sprite.png"
