Create Functionality for Collecting pieces and assembling puzzle

[x] Collect Puzzle Piece from correct answer
[x] Being able to place piece onto board (snap into place)
[x] Recognize When the puzzle is complete
[x] Be Able to Load In Scenario After Puzzle Completed (Load in Prefab which will eventually be the slice)

Actual: 7.5hrs (along with fixing some small bugs in the question answering as well)
