Improve the "Monster Attacks" compendium #31

Move no-longer-valid entries to a "V2" compendium folder.

Add new example attacks for items such as:

Frenzy Attacks
New Effects (Deferrals, Activation Time, etc)

These should have the Names, Descriptions, and appropriate Icons from the foundry available icons. They should have appropriate damages and attack setups.

The Descriptions should include relevant shortcodes to show scalar abilities.
