Merge kick & ban nodes #20

We don't really need these as two separate nodes. Lets merge them at some point.

Would be nice to find a way to upgrade this automatically as well.

I'm going to close this for now. Removing nodes isn't really a good option for node-red packages. If we can find a way to auto update this after removing it then we can come back to it.
