REORDER Dials in a Group

As a user, when I'm editing a group in the UI I want to be able to reorder the dials so I don't have to rewrite them manually in the config.

• [x] Locate simple up and down arrows on FontAwesome to use in your list items
• [x] In the <GroupDetails /> component, edit the list item to include the selected arrows
• [x] Clicking on the up or down arrows should make the associated change in the viewable list
• [x] There should be an "Apply" and "Cancel" buttons at the bottom of the list so changes are not made until applied
  • [x] You'll need to keep track of the modified group details in state until they are applied so you are always able to cancel without effect.
