As a user, when I see an icon without a label I expect to be able to hover over the icon for an informational tooltip so I can ensure I am making the right decision.

[ ] Look through the app for any use of FontAwesomeIcon and add the appropriate tooltips to the rendered icons.

This has been accomplished as I've moved through the project on other tickets.
