Never Mind i found a fix for that
I needed to make the yft file an yft.xml by exporting it from codewalker

I have this error when i am trying to import a model for a ped that i am trying to make
this is the full error:
Could not find external skeleton yft in directory 'C:\Users\Gary\Desktop\server\resources[EUP][peds]\bigbramix\try'.
in the try folder i have this:
bigbramix^decl_001_u folder
├── accs_spec_001.dds
├── accs_normal_001.dds
bigbramix.yft (The "Missing yft")
bigbramix^decl_001_u.ydd.xml
