Ubuntu 16.10 error -- The 'pip==1.5.6' distribution was not found and is required by the application #55

an application was not found because we assume 14.04 repository's. It should work under 16.04, but no such guarantees are given. 16.10 is not available for testing, however due to heavy reliance on specific software due to tribler and demands for automation we do not support versions other than 14.04 atm
