Update abuse-scanner compose file

which this PR introduces

Overview

This PR makes the necessary changes to the abuse-scanner docker-compose file in order to support the "docker in docker" flow that's required to run the cypress image to resolve Skytransfer URLs. The temporary directory is mounted because we have to temporarily persist cypress config and test files in a location that can be read by both the container and the host.
