set up log backups alternatives cheaper than s3 #2198

Our s3 bill got $400+ monthly and we can get the same service for 20 times less on Hetzner Storage Box https://www.hetzner.com/storage/storage-box - we should write a script similar to the s3 backup script that backs up to hetzner storage box instead
