Export/Import a list of the users pinned Skylinks to file

Overview

There should be by default a way for users to back up a copy of their skylink's in order to easily migrate to different portals. I don't think it is enough to rely on the App level to handle this like Vup does. Users could easily end up losing data by a developers mistake. This way a user could easily migrate any and all data pinned to their account.

Design or Proposal

A button either under the Files section or as a backup panel for the users Options page.
