Sync orientations not working for DSS preview of images without WCS #29

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a Skynet image without WCS (e.g. Group Observations / introastro_ssc_s22 / aliceenevoldsen / lib01-Makemake-retake (7681121)).
  2. Show Workbench Settings (Use intended pointing vs WCS for image center grayed out).
  3. Click Import DSS.
  4. Enable Sync orientations -- it does not sync.

This is perhaps related to the issue (#15) with populating the RA/Dec boxes in WCS Calibration: for images without a WCS, it is unable to show RA/Dec despite that they are present in FITS RA/DEC, OBJRA/OBJDEC etc. fields.
