To finish to set up the Test workflow, I would need to pass the --only-4xx option to HTMLProofer. However, a recent bug broke this option and got fixed in a version which is not yet available in the Docker image used by the chabad360/htmlproofer GitHub Actions.

This PR should fix everything: https://github.com/chabad360/htmlproofer/pull/9.
