Reproduction:

Northstar Wrap package, send destination to Engineering or Security or probably several other places. Expectation: package goes through chute, goes to the Trunk That Goes Up located in the current Bitrunning den, moves to the next z-level up. Observed: it gets flung out into the Bitrunning den.

Caused by a misalignment between the Trunk That Goes Up and upstairs's Trunk That Goes Down.

Are you able to confirm it's happening upstream too? To rule out the possibility of automapper needing to be updated. If so you'll wanna make an issue on tgstation too so they'll see it.
