Okay, so this is a culmination of tweaks I've done from feedback/suggestions overall since it was merged. I also felt like I did central maintenance a little dirty so I resized a the departments to accommodate a tad bigger maintenance area through central.
I scrapped the idea for a public botany as it looked a lil too out of place. I may shuffle it into the small changes I plan on doing to cargo area in a separate PR.
