Improves Kilostation medbay and animal pen #29523

About The Pull Request

Changes the empty surgery trays in kilo medbay to full ones, moves stuff around so the trays are next to the operating tables. Also changes the animal pen door from a fire door to a regular windoor.

Why It's Good For The Game

Less annoyance for doctors and anyone passing by the animal pen.
