Hi, I've alredy installed Big Sur on my E5550 without any problem. I've decided to reinstall it for some OS problem but, I don't know why, when I try to boot from the USB, opencore crash. I attach the video with what happen when I try to boot. I've already try to reset the bios, the SSD and remake the USB.

Thanks for your help! Alessio

Which EFI Version do you use?

Spanu18 commented 2 years ago

The latest one

SkyrilHD commented 2 years ago

Can you re-download the EFI as you have prelinking issues for AirportItlwm.

Also try the EFI without changing anything.

Spanu18 commented 2 years ago

Ok, now i try

Spanu18 commented 2 years ago

I tried various times, but nothing changed

Spanu18 commented 2 years ago

The only thing that changed is that now I can see the picker

SkyrilHD commented 2 years ago

Picker should be broken in the first place!

Can you try v1.7 as it does not include the new security policy. Also, please double-check your BIOS settings!

Spanu18 commented 2 years ago

Ok, I try instantly

Hi again, in these two days I continued to try to install macOS, but nothing changed. I suppose it's a bios problem. Could you send me your bios settings? Thanks so much!

Which bios version are you on?

Spanu18 commented 2 years ago

A24

SkyrilHD commented 2 years ago

So you are running on latest BIOS version.

Can you try this EFI? EFI 2.zip
