Bad texture in SD resources pack #71

In the SD Resources pack, there is some textures making CTD.

It was the texture\bondages\doggiebelt.dds who crashed skyrim SE.

I had to delete this file and rename texture\bondages\doggiebelt.dds.vortex_backup to texture\bondages\doggiebelt.dds
