Makes Citizens nameplate appear #9

When calling setGlowing on an NPC from Citizens with the nameplate disabled, the nameplate will appear.

Maybe related with #5.

Citizens is using a custom team per NPC in the background. When setting the team to the entity to make it glow, we replace the Citizens' team which makes the NPC loose the nameplate visibility setting, etc. Furthermore, Citizens have some methods to make the NPC glow (see the /npc glow command) Hence, this won't be fixed.
