The current solution with Naked Embeds is for everything, however I feel that it would make a lot of sense if we had an option to make embeds within infoboxes naked. Mostly because the embeds I find people using in the infobox, messes with centering of the content and adds annoying padding/margins.
Do note that there is an issue with naked embeds in infobox in general, as any header lines are shown through the infobox. (This issue doesn't seem to be caused by naked embed, but rather something else after ITS went to 1.0.0)
I suggest that the user can add a mod to the embed link that will tell ITS whether it should be naked or not.
Without Naked Embed, the box-shadow messes with positioning.
With Naked Embed - for everything, the background is visible through the infobox, making the headers come through.
PS: The actual styling within the embedded note, is of course not an issue of ITS, that is purely on the plugin that has generated the graphic seen in the images above.
