with regards to misc/sigrok-firmware-fx2lafw, the issue is indeed for 99% in updated version of sdcc.
I'll try to fix that in the couple next days.

7 months ago for LaTeXml, it seems that the tests take a very long time, or simply never finish. I am currently running it and it has pass t/40_math.t and trying t/50_structure.t but is not going further after 25 minutes.
edit:
adding t/50_structure.t t/80_complex.t to the list of removed tests on line 91 allow the build to complete.
I do not know yet whether it is because the tests are wrong or the build is wrong but since there are other tests being removed in the slackbuild script already, I will opt for the tests being buggy.
I can submit a PR if it helps, but i am not the maintainer.

6 months ago hhvm maintainer here. I'm sorry but I doubt I will be able to fix hhvm. It is very difficult to get it work without network access, I spent several days last time repackaging dependencies and trying to get it build.
The main problem with hvvm is that Facebook gave up on it as community project. See their blog post: https://hhvm.com/blog/2023/10/27/oss-update.html. Basically it's still OSS but there're wan't be any new releases and they won't maintain the infrastructure (like accepting features for hhvm packages from outside of Facebook). I don't see the effort to maintain the SlackBuild worth it to be honest.

6 months ago It wasn't detected through slackrepo, but rapidjson would fail to build if development/gtest was installed. PR #6214 fixes that.

6 months ago For games/Mindustry, I can't build it anymore, even though nothing changed. It is probably because it downloads stuff through Gradle, which is a nightmare to understand. And those stuff have most probably changed, and the build fails.
I'll look into using the binary builds, and simply repackage.
I like the idea of building from the source, but since it would always require network access, that is not a good build.

6 months ago I patched in some more verbose logging of the try_run cmake command used in cmake/CXXFeatureCheck.cmake:
I'm not sure why this is happening though. gtest is installed before running the build (you can see it being uninstalled after).
If I add /sbin/ldconfig in the googlebenchmark.SlackBuild, it builds. The bot tracks writes in the chroot outside /tmp and shows this:
