Decay Ideas #141

My guild The Dauntless has bee throwing around ideas for enhancements to
our current system.  None of these are changes supported by the mod so if
we went with them we'd have to do them manually.  Ideas tossed around are:

Decay GP and EP seperately

Decay GP faster if EP = X

Revert GP Decay for selected members (non attenders) 

Are those hard to implement? Are they worth it?
