Cache SetHyperlink tooltip results to speedup subsequent lookups in LibItemUtils #361

Now ClassCanUse() and IsBinding() open a tooltip themselves and extract
strings from the tooltips. ClassesThatCanUse() calls the ClassCanUse()
about 10 ten times, so caching the information on the tooltips per itemlink
would be a great speed increase in this case. This needs to be implemented
before lootmaster is released to the public.

Well like all stuff: measure and then you know. If this proves to be a problem 
we fix
it, otherwise it is not blocking for the release :-)
