Building a workspace with with rplidar_ros causes the OS to freeze #154

Whenever I try to build a workspace with rplidar_ros ( "ros2" branch ) using colcon, the OS freezes at 21% of the build. I'm using Ubuntu 22.04 with ros2 humble.
