error for get device info on windows wls with rplidar s1 #47

I use rplidar s1 on windows for debug,it's run ok on windows,but when call getRPLIDARDeviceInfo(drv) method on wls(Ubuntu 18.04 x64) ,it's error ,the error is 'Error, operation time out. RESULT_OPERATION_TIMEOUT!' who can tell my why,thans!
