Vector Subscript Out of Range #53

Hey y'all,

I am using RPLIDAR for the first time. Have any of you come across this error 'Vector Subscript out of Range'? I ran the code on Visual Studios 2010 and created a .exe file. But, I am not certain why this error is popping up.

Any help is appreciated!
