Run training script for PSST on Polaris

WWW We recently merged our training code to convert it from a notebook to HuggingFace training scripts into the main PSST_Training repository : https://github.com/SlangLab-NU/PSST_Training. The goal of this task is to become familiar with and run:

• the installation. This would need you to create a virtual-env, install dependencies from the requirements.txt.
• run inference_script.py
• run training_script.py

Working through Repository Not Found error when running the training_script.py. I have created a README.md file with instructions up to this step.

I was able to run the training script on Polaris with the condition of skipping the step of pushing the model to huggingface. Documentation is complete.

Able to run on and push to Hugging face. README has been pushed and marked ready for review before merging. Marking this ticket as done.
