Run VoiceCollector locally

WWW As a developer wanting to work with the project I want to be able to run the VoiceCollector project locally. These include the following parts of the project.

• server
• frontend

  • Validate audio file
  • Save audio file as wav - happens on a blob store like s3
  • Save metadata about an audio file - in the database
