Remove localhost URL and make the IP/domain configurable #3

WWW As a developer I want to be able to deploy the VoiceCollector app on any webserver. At the moment the webserver URL is hardcoded with a localhost IP such as 127.0.0.1 in code.

AC:

Make the URL configurable to that it is read from a config file
