added a teleport payload for quicker world travelling #645

clicking the world text will take you to your starting city to quickly world travel

when lifestream gets updated with an IPC I can PR another change to this to have the payload do the entire tp to city -> world travel -> tp to zone with the mob, if the user has lifestream installed of course.

could just call it via chat command but that's clunky and adding support for that in Common is effort.

I am sorry, but I do not want to add teleport functionality to FaloopIntegration. Instead, I have added support for world traveling via Lifestream in AetheryteLinkInChat, so please use that.

Sure, that works. In that case, would you mind if I PR'd a "simple" mode to AetheryteLinkInChat where it just has the aetheryte icon with no text?
