Prisoner filter currently broken #5

The prisoner filter is currently broken. To test it just make an empty map with a prisoner room with a door that allows the prisoner to pass through.

I am suspecting it may the AI optimization that are done in IL that break it; A prison break event will allow prisoners to pathfind through the doors they're allowed through.
