description appears twice in Mirador

@henlovejoy reports that the description field appears twice within Mirador.

This is because Mirador is displaying the label and description fields from the manifest, then displaying all metadata fields in the metadata element in the manifest. That duplicates both title and description.

The latest code for the IIIF Server module includes the ability to configure which metadata fields to include in the manifest, which we think will support our desire to suppress the redundant fields. When the next release is cut, we should be able to deploy and test it out.
