in this pull request we have added the nsfw commands and menu 11
.nsfw - is like the .waifu command but with images H
.nsfwon - allows you to use the .nsfw command in the group
.nsfwoff - does not allow the .nsfw command to be used in the group
these are all the changes the code could be improved
