Added Oculus Quest support. That is all. #13

Quest doesn't support command line arguments, for... obvious reasons. So those have been put behind platform checks.

Also added a platform check to OnLevelWasLoaded, to support Quest's wierd scene layout. Everything else should remain the same, and was tested on both PC and Quest.
