Feature Request: Installer for windows #121

I'd like to be able to install SMT with an exe. I know there are wix and msi packaging templates included in VS but am not sure of the implementation cost (effort wise).

What's the value over the current implementation?

It'd automatically give me a shortcut on the start menu and allow me to install and update it through a package manager like winget or chocolatey. winget specifically would benefit even people who download SMT outside of winget since they automate the removal of the smartscreen warning (otherwise would have to be done manually via https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission).
